Self-Defense Class for Women and Girls Coming Up in March at Scottsdale Park

Our friends at the Scottsdale Neighborhood Watch are

sponsoring a self-defense workshop for women and girls, coming up in March. Learn how to reduce your risk of being a victim of sexual assault and other crimes.

Instructors are from One Light Self Defense.

Admission is free, but donations towards One Light Self Defense causes are appreciated.

The workshop begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 24 at Scottsdale Park Field House, 83rd and Scottsdale.

You will need to sign a waiver.
