Neighborhood Watch for once again providing positive, constructive leadership for one of Chicago's best neighborhoods.
Despite unseasonably cold, wet, windy weather that ended with a brief blizzard at 1 p.m., as many as 200 men, women and children answered their call to rally for police at Archer and Harlem at noon Saturday, April 2.
The rally was orderly and peaceful, as predicted, but traffic sure slowed to a crawl in all directions, as motorists craned their necks and honked their horns in support.
