We signed up both kids when my husband was deployed.... They admittedly messed up on one registration and REFUSED to give us a refund for both kids... How could he be expected to stand on the side lines and watch his sister play? I will never forget it. Seems like yesterday my daughter in uniform taking her pics (that we never got) and my son asking me why he had no uniform no team, no pictures taken and all his friends were in the parade. (I didn't let my daughter because it was so hurtful to my son) I called and complained several times. Calls never returned so I went to the meetings at Guides. They admitted to losing paperwork, wrote me a half check for my son and refused to refund anything else. All this while my husband was in Iraq.... Still makes me sick. It's all documents with the receipts. ~Kimberly
