Lindy's Lunch is So Cool...

Looking for a summer refreshment that's better than most?

We stopped by Lindy's/Gertie's this week at Archer and

Lunch at Lindy's.

Simple and delicious lunch--cheeseburger and root beer.

But bringing up the rear was what we call a toasted almond shake: an already delicious Gertie's vanilla shake with a shot of Disaronno Originale, the best amaretto anywhere.

Tastes a lot like a Good Humor Toasted Almond bar---but better. A shake for grown-ups that makes you feel like a kid!
