About These Crimes

This alert gives notice to residents of the 008^th District (Chicago Lawn) of a Child Luring incident that occurred on 6300 block of South New England Avenue on May 31^st, 2013 at approximately 8:45pm.  The below described offender attempted to lure a 12 year old minor in to a vehicle. 

About The Offender

·         Male White, 38-43 years of age

·         Short black hair, Light complexion

·         Clean cut with a deep voice

Vehicle Description

·         Gray late model 4-door sedan

·         Light tinted windows

What You Can Do

·         Always be aware of your surroundings

·         Walk in pairs or groups

·         Dial 9-1-1 to report suspicious activity immediately

·         Never pursue a fleeing assailant, provide the information to the police
