Eighth District Police Commander Q and A At Garfield Ridge Neighborhood Watch

The Garfield Ridge Neighborhood Watch held its first public meeting of the year on Monday night, at Valley Forge Park.

About 40 local men and women filled a small meeting room (and spilled into an adjoining room).

The event's featured speaker was CPD Eighth District Commander David R. McNaughton, who fielded questions on a range of local concerns.

During the meeting, there was a brief disagreement by CPD officials over curfew details. The poster at left clears that up.
